    Angela Fox specializes in intellectual property matters involving trade marks and domain names and counsels clients on disputes, brand protection, strategy and enforcement. Angela has extensive experience in clearing and protecting trademarks in the FMCG sector and others as well as in domain name disputes and trade mark infringement and passing off matters, including litigation, advisory and opinion work.

    She graduated in 1993 from Washington College, Maryland and in 1995 from Oxford University, followed by an LLB with First Class Honours from the University of London where she won the Hart Prize in Public Law in 1998. She is a certified trade mark litigator and serves as a domain name panelist for the World Intellectual Property Organisation Arbitration and Mediation Center. She is an active member of the Laws & Practice Committee of the U.K. Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and the UK-IPO’s Registry Practice Working Group, and a trustee for The Keble Association, a registered charity.
