Kenneth Brown graduated with an Honours Degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham in 1970. He qualified professionally in 1976 and has been in private practice throughout his career. He joined Jenkins in 1980.
Kenneth has extensive patents experience in a wide variety of technical fields including electrical, electronics, physics and mechanical engineering, with recent particular emphasis on image copying and data processing, and electronic domestic and commercial products. He has travelled and lectured in Japan, has gained wide experience in acting for large Japanese companies and has experience of advocacy in hearings before the Patent Office and in opposition proceedings. He also has considerable experience in the provision of advice regarding patent validity and infringement and in matters relating to registered and unregistered designs. He is a member of AIPPI and UNION.
