    Felix Rummler graduated from the Technical University in Munich in early 1995 with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. He entered the patent profession later the same year after working as an engineer in the automotive industry in Munich and the aerospace industry in California.

    In 1996 Felix moved to London and joined Jenkins, where he qualified as a European Patent Attorney and Chartered Patent Attorney. In 2001 he moved back to Germany and qualified as a German Attorney whilst working for a firm of Patent Attorneys in Berlin. He is the only Patent Attorney practising in the UK or Germany to have all three qualifications.

    In 2003, Felix re-joined Jenkins as a partner to head up the firm's Munich office. He has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of automotive technology, electronics, telecommunications and information technology, and in acting as an advocate in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office.
