Tim Pendered gave a presentation at a Management Forum workshop in December 2003. The subject was the overlap between trademarks and Community Designs. Tim will be chairing a session on the same subject at the forthcoming INTA meeting in Atlanta in May 2004.

Roger George will be moderator for a session on EU Enlargement - The Impact on CTM Rights at the May 2004 INTA meeting.

Stephen James is speaking at the ITMA International meeting in March 2004. His presentation is a review of recent ECJ/CFI decisions. Steve is also a speaker at INTA May 2004, at the session to be chaired by Roger George.
