Introduction

This edition of Make Your Mark once again reflects a broad range of topics of interest to trade mark owners and practicioners. In particular, we report on recent cases that have dealt with the following difficult trade mark issues: What does identity mean when considering trade mark registration and infringement, what type of use infringes a registered trade mark or saves a trade mark registration from revocation and what types of action constitute bad faith?
